Inspections & Testing: Recurring ITM per NFPA 25, 72, and 101—monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual checks with tagged assets and digital reports.

Fire Alarm Systems: Panel upgrades and programming, device additions, troubleshooting, detector sensitivity testing, notification appliances, voice evacuation, and elevator recall interface.

Sprinkler Systems: Inspection and repair for wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems; valve exercise, trip tests, main drain and flow tests, and tamper/supervisory verification.

Fire Pumps & Hydrants: Annual pump flow and churn tests, controller checks, packing/seal adjustments, and hydrant flushing with pressure/flow documentation.

Emergency Lighting & Exit Signs: Monthly function checks, battery load tests, and repair/replacement to meet egress requirements.

Fire Extinguishers: Selection and placement, annual tags, 6-year maintenance, hydrostatic testing, and user training.

Special Hazard Suppression: Inspection, testing, and service for kitchen hood (NFPA 96), clean agent (e.g., Novec 1230/FM-200), CO₂, and dry chemical systems.

Fire/Smoke Dampers: NFPA 80 & 105 inspections and functional (drop) testing; asset inventory and tagging; access-door installation; actuator/fusible-link replacement; sleeve/seal repairs; controls interlock verification; and photo-documented reports with location maps and deficiency correction for AHJ close-out.

Smoke Control & Life Safety Integration: Testing of dampers and fans, stair pressurization, smoke evacuation, and integration with HVAC and building automation.

Monitoring & 24/7 Service: UL-listed central station monitoring, trouble/supervisory notifications, and on-call emergency repair.

Compliance & Permitting: AHJ coordination, deficiency correction, violation remediation, and complete documentation for audits and insurance.
